BUFFALO, NY (CW23) - Swordfish Kabobs
red bell pepper
red wine vinegar
Chop peppers and onions to desired Kabob size.
Cut swordfish into large cubes.
Marinate swordfish in orange juice, vinegar, chopped garlic and shallot.
Stack peppers, onions and fish onto kabob sticks.
Place on the grill until fish is thoroughly cooked.
Plate with your favorite side and enjoy!
