Pulled Pork Sandwich
shredded red + green cabbage
red wine vinegar
1. Apply spice rub to pork
2. Smoke for approximately 12 hours
3. Shred pork and remove fat
4. Mix with BBQ sauce
5. Mix cabbage mix with cole slaw dressing
6. Put pork on roll and top with cole slaw
