BENSALEM, Pa. (CNN/KYW) - If you suddenly find an extra $69,300 in your bank account, don't spend it, whatever you do. Take a lesson from a Pennsylvania man who learned that the hard way.

Twenty-two-year-old Joseph Bucci thought his ship had come in when he noticed thousands of extra dollars in his Wells Fargo bank account.

He bought a car, a dog, a Florida vacation, furniture, and clothes. He even paid bills for some of his family members.

But his good fortune didn't last long. The bank and police soon tracked him down. Now he's facing two felony charges.

He says he made a mistake spending all that cash, but he sure had fun while it lasted.

"I knew, like it was going to catch up, I just didn't know it was going to be this bad," said Bucci. "It's my fault which I knew I probably shouldn't have used it, but I felt good helping everybody."

Bucci contends he only spent around $45,000 of the windfall. But police say it was closer to $67,000.
