BUFFALO, NY (CW23) - Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
2 1/2 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
2 cups. Water
2 1/4 quarts flour
Steps:
Add dry ingredients, then water.
Let yeast bloom in mixing bowl, around 10 minutes.
Add flour in small increments.
Knead until no flour sticks to bowl.
Proof dough by patting it down three times after it rises in a bowl covered with Saran wrap.
Portion, roll dough.
After rolling out crust, top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake in the oven!
For an easy second helping, roll your pizza's into a calzone and dip in your favorite sauce.
