BUFFALO, NY (CW23) - Smokey Bones Linguini
Ingredients:
2 cans Tomatoes Filet de Pomadore
½ Cup Canola Oil
2 oz Chopped Garlic
¼” Diced Red Onion
2 Tbsp S & P
½ oz Fresh Basil (Leaves clean)
Meat of your choice
Linguini or other pasta
Directions:
1. Place the oil into the bottom of the pan and heat on the flat top at max temp for 1 minute
2. Add the chopped Garlic and diced red onions and cook for 3 - 5 minutes without color but until transparent.
3. Add the Tomatoes, KS & P and fresh chopped basil and bring to a boil.
4. As soon as the tomatoes boil stir for 2 minutes keeping the boil.
5. Remove from the heat.
6. Add to Linguini and accent with meat of your choice eg. grilled chicken or shrimp.
