BUFFALO, N.Y. (CW-23) - Public works of art are there for every Western New Yorker to enjoy, and now you can get involved with making sure they are here to stay! As Catherine Gillespie and Ted Pietrzak of the Buffalo Arts Commission explain, the commission is opening itself up to interact with other art organization and art lovers in the community.
