Letters to the Superintendent

BUFFALO, N.Y. (CW-23) - Have you ever felt a communication gap between your voice and a public official's ear? In order to bridge that gap in the Buffalo Public School District, Dr. Peggy Brooks-Betram, with the help of Say Yes to Education, decided to harness community's voice in the form of letters to the superintendent. She complied more than 100 letters from students, teachers, and community leaders, and publish them as a permanent reflection of those thoughts and opinions. Dr. Brook-Betram and student Alexis Stover joined Matt to explain more about this special project.
