BUFFALO, NY (CW23) - We had a great time in the studio watching Chef Tom prepare chimichangas with fresh chicken, salsa and rice. Not only were they incredibly tasty, but perfect for any Cinco de Mayo parties you have coming up. While Chef Tom was busy cooking Alicia Liberto showed us how to make a Mexitini, a play on your classic Martini using oranges and simple syrup. Enjoy!
