Filet with Crab Mac & Cheese

BUFFALO, NY (CW23) - Filet with Crab Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

1 tsp butter
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 cups harvati cheese
bread crumbs
2 tsp dill
heavy cream
chicken stock
salt & pepper to taste
lump or fresh crab meat
penne pasta

Directions:

Grill filet to desired temperature.
Boil pasta until tender.
Sautee peppers, onion and garlic in butter in a pan. add chicken stock followed by heavy cream, harvati cheese and crab meat.
Toss pasta in sauce and serve with filet.
