BUFFALO, N.Y. (CW-23) - With children more "clicked in" to technology than ever before, it can be hard to encourage them to wind down with a good book. As part of Read Across America Day 2012 , Michelle Cefaratti, director of Medaille College's Reading Center,  shared some tips for parents.
