BUFFALO, N.Y. (CW-23) - A special event coming up in West Seneca hopes to put a stop to careless tragedies on the road. Deanna Russo, founder of the Crusade Against Impaired Driving , explains the meaning behind her organization and about it's biggest fundraiser: CAID Day in the Park.
