BUFFALO, NY (CW23) - Crunchiefied Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
Boneless breast of chicken
Bread crumbs
eggs
Milk
Half and Half
Flour
Butter
Cheddar
Hot sauce
Cheeze It's
Oil
Crumbled bleu cheese
elbow macaroni
Steps:
Bread and sautée chicken , toss in hot sauce and set aside
Cook pasta as directed.
Bring to a boil Half and Half.
Add roux to thicken.
Add shredded cheddar and whisk.
Pour Mac and cheese in a serving bowl top with chicken , bleu cheese , and crumbled cheese its.
Étouffée
Second helping , add Mac ad cheese to bowl, combine with shrimp or chicken, eggs bread crumbs, mix and form into a ball, roll in milk an bread crumbs, fry in pot of oil till golden brown.
