BUFFALO, NY (CW23) - For many Western New Yorkers with disabilities, service dogs are vital to complete even everyday tasks. But some assistance dog owners are experiencing discrimination when visiting public places. Cindy White explains the difficulties she's faced and how people should behave around these dogs.
