BUFFALO, NY - Fans of Buffalo chicken will love Chef Tom's Buffalo chicken pasta and Buffalo chicken stuffed hot peppers!
Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
Red onion
Celery
Carrots
Heavy cream
Crumbly bleu cheese
Hot sauce
Butter
Garlic
Shallot
Chicken breast
Pasta
Procedure:
Chop red onion, celery and carrots and sautee in a pan along with chicken strips on medium high heat. Continue to flip chicken so it cooks on all sides. While chicken and vegetables are cooking, being cooking pasta. Once chicken begins to brown, add heavy cream and hot sauce to the pan. When the cream begins to reduce, add the crumbly bleu cheese and pasta.
