BUFFALO, N.Y. (CW-23) - Ansar Khan didn't just work part time at his family's restaurant while earning a degree in biological sciences at Suny Buffalo. He and his classmate James O'Leary also developed an "app" that's helping take Kabab and Curry into the digital age, and could go on to transform the way the restaurant industry does business around the world. Their creation, called " Ambur ," enables waiters to take orders, send requests to the kitchen, process credit cards, and more, all from an iPod they carry with them from table to table. A little more than a year since its initial launch at Kabab and Curry, Ambur is now used by 260 clients in 14 countries. It's for this reason that Forbes Magazine just recognized Ansar as one of it's " All Star Student Entreprenuers ." He and O'Leary joined Matt to talk about their success and the future of their newly formed company, Refulgent Software.
