BUFFALO, N.Y. (CW-23) - One in four adults has a diagnosable mental health disorder, but only about twenty percent actually seek the help they need. In honor of mental health awareness month, the Mental Health Association of Western New York and Irish Classical Theatre are combining forces to shine a light on bipolar disorder. Following this Sunday's production of "Next to Normal," a musical which tells the story of a mother living with the disorder, MHA representatives and the performers will host a "talk back" session. Audience members will be encouraged to discuss how the play represents people with mental health disorders, and be able to ask additional questions of the representatives on hand.
