BUFFALO, NY (CW23) - Ingredients:

1-7 to 8lb Pork Butt
4oz Montreal Steak Seasoning or Armor Inn BBQ Rub
1quart of your favorite BBQ Sauce or Armor Inn BBQ Sauce
Wood chips for smoker or 2oz liquid smoke for oven.

Steps:

For an Outside Smoker. Prepare the smoker like you normally would with the chips and smoke at a temperature of 250 degrees to and internal temperature of 180 degrees. Aprox 6hrs

If you don't have a smoker, you could use liquid smoke and bake at 300 degrees in your oven for approx. 5hrs or until you reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees.

When pork reaches internal temp of 180 degrees, remove and let rest for 1hr.

After an hour, start "pulling" apart your pork into shreds. Discard any fat.

Toss pork with your barbeque sauce.

You are now ready to make your favorite sandwiches!
