Try some Tikka Masala!

BUFFALO, N.Y. (CW-23) - Chef Madeeha from Kabab and Curry prepares Chicken Tikka Masala

 

Ingredients:

Onions                                   

Kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)       

Diced Tomatoes

Tomtao Sauce                       

Chaat Masala(Spice Mix)                                   

Heavy Cream or Greek Yogurt

Ginger                                    

Salt                                                                       

Vindaloo Sauce
Garlic

Diced Onion

Chicken

Diced Green Peppers

Jalapenos (optional)

 

Steps

1. Cook chopped onions in some oil with garlic and ginger until onions are golden brown.

2. Place golden brown onions in a blender with some water and blend until smooth.

3. Marinate Chicken in yogurt, sour cream, garlic, ginger, and tandoori spices, and grill or bake.

4. Sautee some onions in frying pan.

5. Add chicken, onion gravy, broth, diced tomatoes, salt, kasoori methi, chaat masala, and vindaloo sauce, bring this to a boil.

6. Add heavy cream and boil.

7. Add diced green peppers and remove from heat.

8. Serve with basmati Rice and naan !
